Pickling
250g Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)
1 Cup apple cider vinegar
5 Tbsp white sugar
1 Jalapeño (sliced)
Fresh cilantro (small handful)
Other ingredients
1/2 Medium red onion (thinly sliced)
125g Fennel (thinly sliced)
1 Garlic clove (small dice)
60g Linguiça (smoke cured pork sausage)
1 Tbsp olive oil
130g Canned navy beans
Lemon yogurt
4 Tbsp plain greek yogurt
3 Tsp lemon juice
1/2 Tsp lemon zest
Serve with Red Chilies and Lemon yogurt
